The Align After Hours podcast was born from poignant chatter and heartfelt conversations between friends Angela and Taylor. They often found themselves talking long after the online movement classes Angela teaches were over. So they’ve decided to share their talent for diving into wide-ranging topics here for you all to enjoy. The format of this podcast is intentionally casual. We hope you all feel like you’ve just pulled up a seat next to us at the table, so grab your favorite drink and cozy up with us!
