    14. Practicing Meditation With Guest Nick Luis

    Ashley and Erika have a sit down with Meditation Teacher Nick Luis to find out everything you need to know about meditating! More about Nick Luis: Born & raised in NYC, Nick Luis is a queer and gay Latinx individual who graduated in 2021 from CUNY Baruch College completing his masters in Arts Administration. He is an actor, producer, overall artist, and published poet in the LGBTQ+ Anthology series : “Out Loud”. Nick is the Co-Founder of the new arts non profit organization Blended City; whose mission is to support and connect untraditional artists in disadvantaged communities by providing a multidisciplinary space to create. Lastly, Nick Luis is the owner of a meditation center called Mage Meditations that provides guided meditations and mental health coaching for LGBTQ+ and Accomplice creative artists so they can actively align, balance and heal from within.     13. Creating Your Spiritual Toolbox

    Ashley and Erika discuss the importance of having a spiritual toolbox and share what tools they personally have experience with and love.  Follow Us: Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | TikTok Resources: Healing Crystals By Karen Ryan  If you already have crystals  but don't don't know what to do with them this is a fun little activity to do for clarity. Your collection will reveal your healing needs and ultimately help you identify your personal healing crystal. Things to ask yourself: What is your dominant crystal color or colors? Which chakra(s) are tied to your dominant colors? How does this reflect your healing needs? Would you like to address any long term physical issues, emotional problems, feelings or spiritual questions? What three things are you really good at? Do your crystals support those areas? What three areas would you like to improve (which areas are underdeveloped)? Do you have crystals that could help? Once you have identified the answers to these questions try the 21 day wear your crystal challenge and see if it works! Weeks 1 & 2  is the cleansing stage, the crystal will purify your energy (meaning it will go through a purge cycle, this might happen in a sudden emotional release. Weeks 3 & 4 The crystal will harmonize and integrate, you will feel  more relaxed and positive.
