Alive From The Underworld

There are thresholds we cross in our lives. The moments of death of one thing that bleeds into the birth of another. This podcast is a fire. Not a polished stage, not a resolution. A fire. The kind our ancestors gathered around when the night was too big to face alone, or when our depths were so deep we feared we'd fall into the void of them and never return. Here, I speak from inside the journey. Unfinished. Unresolved. Alive in the full complexity of it. At moments, lost among the vastness of possibility and what could be. We go where most conversations won't. Into the taboo, the veiled, the edges we don't usually name out loud. Grief. Rupture. Transformation in its most disorienting form. The thresholds that split a life into before and after. Fierce voices and soft ones are welcome here, because when we cross certain thresholds, different intonations of ourselves are beckoned from our depths. I have sat with people who carry all of it, and what I know is this: the most alive conversations happen at the edge, not the resolution. This is a place of remembrance. You do not have to be perfectly curated in your healing, in your life, or in yourself. You are allowed, in all your complexity, your rawness, your humanness, to be exactly as you are. You are never alone in that. Even when you are so utterly alone.
