Soooo Relatable and Informative!

I love listening to these ladies and their guests they bring on the show. I recently did a reiki session because of their conversations around reiki.

In Season 3 Episode 8: it was a breath of fresh air hearing Kita explain how she’s OCD with certain things. She likes things spotless, but don’t want to do the cleaning because it’s mentally draining just thinking about it and everything else that needs to be done. Yes! I’m not alone! (I am the exact same way and I’m a mental person too; always in my head).
