    In this episode, we discuss some of the challenges associated with setting boundaries from the perspective of a recovering people pleaser. When learning to set boundaries, especially with abusive people, you may experience some pushback. Being verbally and financially abused, given the silent treatment, and also being gaslit were just a few of the challenges that I experiences while learning how to set and maintain boundaries. As we dive into my dorm room and apartment living situations with roommates while in college, we discover possible reasons why people pleasers remain complacent and with poor boundaries.
