    Hey guys! We are so excited about this episode, not only it's happening during our girls' annual trip BUT it's also our first ever video!!  Did you know that girls' trips release happy hormones. Some published studies show that hanging out with your friends can help release oxytocin, a neurotransmitter known as the love or trust hormone. So next time you take some time with the girls or the boys (the good ones, not the toxic ones!), instead of feeling guilt, realize that you're likely to comeback as a better person. It's important to step outside of our daily routines from time to time to shift our perspective and experience more gratitude.
