Awakening OD

I love this show, Jessa is extremely funny and entertaining, along with being blunt, which I think is good for the theme of this type of content. I really Enjoyed her delivery and the message itself, I wish there were more podcasts! I hope she releases a season 4.

I’m always on the lookout for podcasts that cover content like this one, but this is a bummer. It’s not worth listening to the casual criticism, judgement and borderline insulting of the audience as well as followers of other habits, beliefs, and practices. It comes off as picking on someone because they don’t do things the way the host thinks it “should be” done.

This is lifestyle advice for those who want to live interdependently. As a past severe codependent I learn so much about how to operate in a healthy authentic way while in relationship, previously believing this to be an impossible feat. 🩵💙🤍
