Anthony is General Partner at Axion Ventures, investing in enterprise productivity software. What immediately caught my attention was the tapestry map hanging behind Anthony. He shared that the map sits behind him as a daily reminder that his understanding of the world will always be incomplete. We spoke about AI disruption, startup chaos, founder resilience and the reality that whilst AI may reshape many current jobs, there will always be new problems to solve, new systems to build and new opportunities emerging for people willing to adapt.
