I appreciate the real and in your face approach Scott has for talking about depression and anxiety. “I would eat a possum’s face if I knew it would make these thoughts go away” made me lol. I can listen to these over and over.

Glad I found this

This past week I had a 2 day anxiety attack and have felt out of it and depressed since. But when I put this on it makes me feel okay. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is feeling down or anxious or anything other than okay. Thank you so much.

I just listened to your episode on religion and mental health (Jun 29, 2019) and I thought it was absolutely fantastic. Your guest had a lot of good things to say about meaning in life, etc., and I appreciate you having someone that knowledgeable on the show.
