    Coronavirus: Pending Home Sales

The nation's pending home sales jumped a record 44.3% in May, according to the National Association of Realtors. It's the highest one-month gain in the history of the index, which began in January 2001. I joined CBS This Morning to explain how the pandemic is impacting the housing market and why home prices remain high despite record low mortgage rates.

Listen daily: Repeat

I listen to Jill daily (along with Dr. Gupta) on my daily walks. Based on my reading of several financial books, Jill gives great advice. If you have a specific question, she ANSWERS (like wow, within a week!). Don't forget to check out her website for more info (like how to pick a financial professional in my case). This show will work for you because it gives short, focused advice. She doesn't talk down or over your head. Plain language. Listen to all the shows for a great financial education.

Thursday July 3rd Racist Rhetoric

Stick to the color of money- GREEN. Quit the decisive rhetoric between white and black when it comes to money. It’s all based upon if you work, what vocational you choose, and how you manage your money. Not the color God gave you. Otherwise an informative podcast on money.

Jill Knows Her Craft

The short segment format is appreciated; quick insights on finance and investing that can be consumed in a few minutes of free time. Jill’s knowledge of personal finance is broad, and her recommendations easily digestible. Also, big shoutout to Mark for editing and cooking prowess. Highly recommended.
