Ramesh Razdan, Bain's Global Chief Technology and Information Officer, had an extensive career leading roles in technology before joining Bain in 2019 to shape and transform our technological capabilities. Satish Shankar, our Asia-Pacific Regional Managing Partner, pursued a chemical engineering career before transitioning to business and earning his MBA. After initially hiring a Bain team while working at an airline in Indonesia, he was invited to join the firm where he would later become Southeast Asia’s managing partner. Satish now leads our business in the Asia-Pacific region where he focuses on our top priorities for this region.
