Honey, I Monetized the Kids Again

In Part 1 they discuss the history of child labor in America including the plight of minor miners, the exploitation of Shirley Temple, and why we LOVE watching videos of Trisha Paytas playing with Malibu Barbie. Please I've Been Dying to Talk About This

Please I've Been Dying to Talk About This

The girlies go soapbox mode to discuss two women in history that they can’t stop thinking about: their special interest girlbosses. Julia tells the fascinating story of Annie Oakley, the most snatched sharpshooter of all time, and Eliza gets deep into the lore of Connie Converse, the mysterious (gay?) 50’s songwriter who pioneered the genre before disappearing without a trace. Plus, more Kardashian discourse, an angel update, and homophobia-themed mailbox moments. Utterly Abhorrent

this podcast inspires such disgust. when i was younger i was such a fan, since then i went to university and began engaging in critical discourse and can now understand this is something the podcast severely lacks. it is superficially progressive, and trendily claims a consumer friendly anti capitalist rhetoric while ultimately being the petty bourgeois! see recent lack of research as well as acknowledgement of Palestinian genocide for emphasis!

Silence On Palestine?

This podcast has been declining in quality for awhile but the deafening silence on Israel's campaign of vengeance and annihilation against Palestinians is unconscionable. Bye "girlies."
