I found this podcast when I started my recovery. From the very first episode I just felt almost a sense of relief. Like, this person gets exactly what I’m going through. It has been incredibly helpful and I circle back around to it any time my ED tries to pop back up.

Changed my life!

This podcast was the stimulus to help me fully recover from bulimia. Not only listening to it, but also working with Jacqueline led me to a full eating disorder recovery. My eating disorder has been present for 20 years. If I can do it, you can too! I think this podcast will help anyone who has a desire to get better and that puts in the work! Enjoy!
