    Today, I'm getting vulnerable on Body Bites with Bec and totally changing the tune.
     
    I wanted to share the story about how I (nearly) finished building an app last year (an entire 11 month project, self funded and countless hours) only to have it fail, hire lawyers to help me and begin a legal case (that's still going...) and decide to restart the entire process, from the beginning, with a new team, from scratch 🤯.
     
    It was the most challenging thing I've been through to date in business so far (8 years) and took a huge toll on my mental health, overwhelm and sleep.
     
    In the podcast, you'll learn actionable tips about HOW I got through this challenge to, eventually, come out the other side with a smile and how I simultaneously doubled my team and grew the business to levels I couldn't of ever dreamt of last year, enabling me to buy my dream house, which was so unexpected and NOT the plan for last year.
     
    I share this story to normalise the challenges we face on the path to our goals. Success isn't easy, and setbacks are part of the journey. I hope my experience inspires you to stay strong, bounce back, and learn from setbacks on your journey to achieving your goals, whether it's in health, weight loss, or any other area of your life.

Motivating and Fun!

I have listened to over a dozen low carb or healthy living or motivational podcasts, and this one is by far the best! Especially for women. She covers it all, refers back to specific previous podcasts for more detailed information, and tells great stories! Love her energy, recipes and website. All- around hit!

Like chatting with a friend

I started following Bec on Instagram. I look forward to her stories and content and am thisclose to starting her 3 week reset. I'm just absorbing everything she shares and am really drawn to the content because I also have digestive issues and am sick of all the noise about what way of eating is best. She has the degree, the research and the reviews to back up that she's the real deal. Bec makes everything really approachable and is just so human and adorable too. Oh and I don't even like podcasts, but I've already listened to four of Bec's today while I'm cleaning the house and taking a rest day after feeling a bit burnt out. I can't recommend her enough :)
