    You may know Tiff Hall from her Gladiator days, or maybe as a trainer on The Biggest Loser back in the day, but did you know she is actually a black belt in Taekwondo? 

    Tiff's parents are both Taekwondo instructors and Tiff has been around the sport since she was very young. Today she gives you more insight into her Taekwondo training and why she thinks it's so important for women to know self defence.
