    7x02 : Living Paycheck to Paycheck? CHECK!

    Send us a text Honestly, it's such a silly concept of an episode, yet it was actually one of the hardest i've had to do. I had to combat myself from going on a tangent on certain things because i felt myself being pulled away to different topics, but one thing remained true and one thing seemed to be the common denominator for why i'm still living paycheck to paycheck in my 30's. It's me. Hi ! I wouldn't say i'm a problem, but its me! And if you feel the same way, maybe this episode is for you! Because maybe you will finally realize that it's okay to admit that we may have been at such a disadvantage, and that we realize our full potential, but that might be one of the biggest downfalls we've ever had.  And it's finally time to take a stand to our own negative selves and say, it's okay to live paycheck to paycheck for now, because one day, i will be okay!     7x01 : I Almost Died! How My Near Death Experience Changed Me

    Send us a text TRIGGER WARNING FOR THIS EPISODE! I almost choked to death a month ago, and it was a game changer! Don't you love how phrasing things can change how grim one thing can sound?  This event taught my about my fight or flight instincts, and how heartbreaking it is that most people do perish from certain things because their fight or flight or freeze responses tell them to freeze.  It's also definitely interesting to see how life altering events can affect us, but how long do these effects last?     6 x 16 : 4 Years With Harm OCD and How I've Managed

    Send us a text In this episode, I want to remind everyone of what made me start a podcast in the first place. I was diagnosed with Harm OCD in 2020 and my life has changed since. The first few months were really tough , and i realized not everybody knows exactly what they are dealing with, and how much harder it is to live life undiagnosed, and living in the unknown.  I'm here to take a look back at everything I've had to face, everything I've had to go through, and to hopefully show everybody who are in the same shoes that they are doing great!     6x15: Please Please Please, Don't Ghost People!

    Send us a text As someone who's been ghosted, it sucked As someone who's ghosted people, i just didn't want to get hurt because i hate confrontation BUT YOU SEE?! "I" . A selfish reason. I would rather hurt others than own up to the truth and be transparent. This episode deals with ghosting and why as people we need to be better and actually learn to NOT ghost people. To consider the implications of ghosting is to honestly be a decent human being. We can save so many people from crippling anxiety and destroyed self esteem if we just, you know, OWN UP TO IT.
