    Meditation... Yeeeepppp 10+ years ago 'Meditation' to me, meant sitting still... and I don't sit still. Welcome the gift of a YEAR of Headspace and WOW it changed my life. Headspace TAUGHT ME about the inner workings of my brain, AND how to meditate. Ultimately it's about being here, right here, right in the touch of every finger hitting the keys as I write and then read this sentence. Present. Right here.     Life on the other side of all that negativity

    This year, it's going to be 10 years since Dad died. Uncanny and fitting that we happen to be moving from the house he put his heart and soul into designing and building. His castle.
