    In this episode, Adriana and Vee bring you some Q&As on what Borderline Personality Disorder (aka BPD) is. Adrian takes us through the DSM-5 to give us a clear definition and also provides examples of how BPD shows up in people's lives. Vee shares some on her experience with BPD and the importance of boundaries. Disclaimer: This episode is not to be used as a diagnosis, everyone's experience with BPD is different. We suggest you reach out to a mental health professional if you suspect you or someone you know may exhibit some of the characteristics shared in the episode. Vee shares on how we cope with trauma and historical events that have lead to systemic trauma.
