    In this episode, Adriana and Vee bring you some Q&As on what Borderline Personality Disorder (aka BPD) is. Adrian takes us through the DSM-5 to give us a clear definition and also provides examples of how BPD shows up in people's lives. Vee shares some on her experience with BPD and the importance of boundaries. Disclaimer: This episode is not to be used as a diagnosis, everyone's experience with BPD is different. We suggest you reach out to a mental health professional if you suspect you or someone you know may exhibit some of the characteristics shared in the episode.     This episode Vee and Adriana discuss different types of trauma while sharing different examples from their lives. TRIGGER WARNING*** sexual assault, abuse and racial violence are discussed in this episode. Adriana shares her knowledge and expertise on trauma, body dysmorphia and disordered eating. Vee shares on how we cope with trauma and historical events that have lead to systemic trauma.
