Dhru and the Broken Brain Podcast

I LOVE this Podcast! Dhru you are an incredible host, fun to listen to, and ask the most insighful questions as if you are in our heads! I love the ease and fun that you have while interviewing each guest/BFF! Its important information that I drink up and love to share with our own Curry Girls Kitchen community! It completely reinforces that there are so many ways to heal our bodies and not to give up! You, and Dr. Mark Hyman are leading the way sharing the personal stories and knowledge of so many incredible health care professionals! It brings us GREAT HOPE knowing there are answers to so many health mysteries today because of the non-stop perseverance of you and all who you bring onto your show. My heart is so grateful! We are voracious learners and the content on this podcast is not only life changing and stellar, but exemplary! Thank you for everything you are doing! Its making a huge difference in the world of health and wellness!!! With great love! Peggy

Dr. John Kelly #63 Must listen Addiction research

If you only listen to one show on Addiction, this is the one. Dr. Kelly reviews research-based information that sets the record straight to guide clinical support and policy reform. This will correct and update your beliefs and ideas on addiction.

I want to share this except you won’t let me

I really want to share this information with many people I know, but I belong to a subculture that flinches at foul language. In the circles I visit most, it gives a sense of degrading both the speaker and hearer, and makes the speaker less credible. You might consider thinking about the meaning of your words before you use them. Thank you for sharing the good you have learned, it is making a difference.
