21.A | A Guided Meditation: Finding Your True Self Through the 8 C’s of Self-Leadership

In this guided meditation, we build on Episode 21 and explore what it truly means to reconnect with your true sense of self through the 8 C’s of Self-Leadership. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, reactive, stuck in perfectionism, or led by emotions you don’t fully understand, this practice will gently guide you inward. You’ll learn how to recognize the “parts” of you that may be leading — such as the fixer, the planner, the judger, the avoider, or the anxious part — and respond to them with calmness, curiosity, clarity, and compassion instead of shame. Through simple breathwork and intentional reflection, you’ll practice connecting with yourself, thanking your parts for trying to protect you, and choosing one of the 8 C’s — calm, clarity, compassion, curiosity, courage, confidence, creativity, or connectedness — to lead your day. This meditation is a gentle reset for moms who want to stop being driven by emotion and start leading themselves with intention, peace, and grace. Take a breath. You are not broken. You are learning to lead yourself.   📌 Extras For This Episode Understanding Mom Guilt from the Inside Out Workshop Survey ➤ https://forms.gle/pB8pZjJJpJKpTi1A8 Exploring Parts or Emotions That Are Leading You Now ➤ https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qBFnZHwIidAVVQ1zK8PpKHjfcWRgRdE5/view?usp=sharing 8 C's of Self-Leadership Wheel PDF ➤ https://foundationifs.org/images/banners/pdf/The_8_Cs_of_Self_Leadership_Wheel.pdf   💛 Ways to Grow & Connect 🌿 Book Your Free 30-Minute Grace Reset Call ➤ https://calendly.com/buildingyourselfwithgrace/graceresetcall 🌿 Apply for The Grace-Minded Mom Coaching Program ➤ https://shorturl.at/w7XbS 💌 Subscribe to The Grace Letter ➤ https://buildingyourselfwithgrace.kit.com/resources 👩‍👧‍👦 Join our Free Christian Mom Facebook Community — Grace in the Mess ➤ https://www.facebook.com/share/g/14HjgsAK1cz/ 📬 Email me directly ➤ jennaazera@buildingyourselfwithgrace.com

    21 | Finding Your True Identity: The 8 C’s of Self-Leadership Explained

Have you ever felt like your emotions are running the show — like the fixer, the critic, the avoider, or the people-pleaser is leading your life instead of your true self? In this episode, we’re exploring what it really means to find your identity beneath the roles you carry as a mom. We’ll talk about how different “parts” of us can take over when we’re overwhelmed, stressed, or triggered — and how reconnecting with the 8 C’s of Self-Leadership helps us return to a calm, confident, compassionate core. This conversation will help you: • Recognize which emotions or parts may be leading you • Understand the difference between reactive parts and your true self • Begin reconnecting with your identity beyond the role of “mom” • Build a stronger, more grounded sense of self If you’ve felt lost, stretched thin, or unsure of who you are anymore — this episode will help you gently come back home to yourself. 📌 Mentioned in This Episode Understanding Mom Guilt from the Inside Out Workshop Survey ➤ https://forms.gle/pB8pZjJJpJKpTi1A8 Exploring Parts or Emotions That Are Leading You Now ➤ https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qBFnZHwIidAVVQ1zK8PpKHjfcWRgRdE5/view?usp=sharing 8 C's of Self-Leadership Wheel PDF ➤ https://foundationifs.org/images/banners/pdf/The_8_Cs_of_Self_Leadership_Wheel.pdf   💛 Ways to Grow & Connect 🌿 Book Your Free 30-Minute Grace Reset Call ➤ https://calendly.com/buildingyourselfwithgrace/graceresetcall 🌿 Apply for The Grace-Minded Mom Coaching Program ➤ https://shorturl.at/w7XbS 💌 Subscribe to The Grace Letter ➤ https://buildingyourselfwithgrace.kit.com/resources 👩‍👧‍👦 Join our Free Christian Mom Facebook Community — Grace in the Mess ➤ https://www.facebook.com/share/g/14HjgsAK1cz/ 📬 Email me directly ➤ jennaazera@buildingyourselfwithgrace.com

19.A | Affirmations: Building Confidence and Self-Worth in Yourself and Your Children as a Christian Mom

In this special affirmation episode of Building Yourself with Grace, we’re focusing on building confidence and self-worth—not only in ourselves as moms, but also in our children. These affirmations are inspired by Episode 19, my conversation with Nellie Harden, where we talked about what true worth really is, how confidence is formed, and how we as mothers play a powerful role in shaping our children’s emotional and spiritual foundation. If you’ve ever questioned your own worth, worried about how you’re showing up for your kids, or wondered how to help them feel seen, loved, and confident in who they are, this episode is for you. These affirmations are designed to help you: strengthen your own sense of worth as a daughter of God build confidence rooted in Christ, not performance model healthy self-worth for your children and create an environment where both you and your kids can grow with grace You can listen quietly, repeat these affirmations out loud, or let them become a starting point for the words you speak over yourself and your family each day. Because when we build confidence and worth in ourselves—with Christ at the center—we are better equipped to help our children do the same. 🌿   💛 Ways to Grow & Connect 🌿 Book Your Free 30-Minute Grace Reset Call ➤ https://calendly.com/buildingyourselfwithgrace/graceresetcall 🌿 Apply for The Grace-Minded Mom Coaching Program ➤ https://shorturl.at/w7XbS 💌 Subscribe to The Grace Letter ➤ https://buildingyourselfwithgrace.kit.com/resources 👩‍👧‍👦 Join our Free Christian Mom Facebook Community — Grace in the Mess ➤ https://www.facebook.com/share/g/14HjgsAK1cz/ 📬 Email me directly ➤ jennaazera@buildingyourselfwithgrace.com

19 | Building Confidence and Self-Worth in Yourself and Your Children as a Christian Mom with Nellie Harden

Have you ever wondered how to build real confidence, not just in yourself, but in your children too? In this episode of Building Yourself with Grace, I sit down with Nellie Harden to talk about self-worth, confidence, and how we can intentionally help our children develop emotional strength and security. We explore how confidence is formed early, how our own beliefs about ourselves shape our parenting, and how involving Christ in the process of building worth changes everything. Nellie also introduces the Five Pillars of Worth and how they play a powerful role in helping children feel emotionally supported, capable, and confident. This conversation is for any mama who wants to raise confident children, while also learning how to extend that same grace and confidence to herself.   💛 Ways to Connect with Nellie Instagram: @nellie.a.harden Website / Resources: www.nellieharden.com   💛 Ways to Grow & Connect 🌿 Book Your Free 30-Minute Grace Reset Call ➤ https://calendly.com/buildingyourselfwithgrace/graceresetcall 🌿 Apply for The Grace-Minded Mom Coaching Program ➤ https://shorturl.at/w7XbS 💌 Subscribe to The Grace Letter ➤ https://buildingyourselfwithgrace.kit.com/resources 👩‍👧‍👦 Join our Free Christian Mom Facebook Community — Grace in the Mess ➤ https://www.facebook.com/share/g/14HjgsAK1cz/ 📬 Email me directly ➤ jennaazera@buildingyourselfwithgrace.com

18 | How Christian Moms Can Overcome Perfectionism with the Right Equation

As a new year approaches, it can stir up so many emotions — hope, excitement, fear, pressure, and even discouragement. In this episode, I share a powerful reminder I’ve been returning to again and again: you were never meant to do life on your own. We talk about the quiet lie so many of us fall into — the belief that if we just do more, try harder, or become better, then we’ll finally feel worthy, peaceful, or enough. I share a lesson that deeply changed my perspective on perfectionism and how easily we remove Christ from our “equations” for happiness, success, and peace. Together, we’ll explore what happens when we stop striving alone and instead choose a new equation for the year ahead — one that includes Christ fully and honestly. This episode is for the mama who feels tired of chasing perfection, weary from doing it all, and ready to step into the new year with grace, faith, and a Savior who wants to walk beside her every step of the way.   Inspired Resource "The Perfect Lie" by Tiffany Webster | Hope Works   💛 Ways to Grow & Connect 🌿 Book Your Free 30-Minute Grace Reset Call ➤ https://calendly.com/buildingyourselfwithgrace/graceresetcall 🌿 Apply for The Grace-Minded Mom Coaching Program ➤ https://shorturl.at/w7XbS 💌 Subscribe to The Grace Letter ➤ https://buildingyourselfwithgrace.kit.com/resources 👩‍👧‍👦 Join our Free Christian Mom Facebook Community — Grace in the Mess ➤ https://www.facebook.com/share/g/14HjgsAK1cz/ 📬 Email me directly ➤ jennaazera@buildingyourselfwithgrace.com
