I love this podcast so much. It strikes the exact right balance between funny and substantive, and the movies Baby and Crystal have chosen for entry into the camp pantheon are all excellent (or at least have all made for good shows!). I have a couple of good laughs every episode, and usually end up with something that stays with me, whether it’s about representation, or queer joy, or just a reminder of something to quote nonstop to my boyfriend until he is driven sufficiently insane. Also? I’ve binged so many episodes in the last few days that I dreamed about meeting Baby and Crystal at a party, and I feel duty bound to apologize for Crystal for how terribly my subconscious styled your hair in the dream (very Richard Simmons, for some reason). I hope this review does something to atone! Lots of campy love xoxo

Up until now I was under the impression that I was the only one on this planet that considered Basic Instinct 2 Risk Addiction a, dare I say, tour de force. As someone that loves camp, and furthermore loves trash movies I have a lot of fun with this podcast. Similar to Risk Addiction, the use of sound bites in every episode careens past overdone and crashes right into perfection. Also, I personally believe that Carrie was masturbating in the shower. I mean, wasn’t it obvious?
