Dr. Chris Cooper is one of the most thoughtful people we know and brings an unvarnished perspective on how primary care physicians ended up in the Kafkaesque grind of daily practice. And (amazingly) he doesn't hold anyone actor as intentionally malicious. We chat about the gulf between the best-intended transformation policy and the realities of daily life in practice. Also, what impact has COVID-19 had on care delivery?

    Episode 2! Loren & Joe focus on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on primary care practices and primary care payment. It has been a month since we recorded the audio, but the situation remains largely the same. We just don't know what to expect with COVID-19.
