    Episode 15 -Staying Present in a World Full of Doom and Gloom

    There’s so much heaviness out there right now — wars, crises, politics, social tension — and it can easily pull us out of the present and into overwhelm. In this episode, we talk about how we’re trying to stay sane and bring our best selves without getting completely swallowed by the news cycle and stress of the world. It’s an honest conversation about how we are dealing with the news around the world without letting it dominate our entire life. We go back and forth on how we each approach the news (sometimes off, sometimes on), how our emotions can get wrapped up in it, how there’s so much we won’t ever be able to fully understand, and what it looks like to send love, prayer, and positive energy into the world  and to our leaders anyway.
