    Postpartum issues and breastfeeding difficulties are more common than you might think. Motherhood is the most precious blessing and privilege but being a new mom is more difficult than anyone can describe. It turns your world upside down... in wonderful ways but also presents challenges. I had an incredibly difficult breastfeeding experience and dealt with postpartum anxiety that shook me. The fourth trimester is real. In this episode, I share my very personal story. It's emotional reliving that time in my life. My boys are now 15 and 19. I'm going through a tough time really missing when they were little, if you have teenage or grown children I'm sure you can relate. I hope hearing my story helps someone. I also share how after a sleepless year I finally got my newborn sleeping through the night.

I think too often environmentally conscious people become zealots that scare people away from trying to become more conscious. It creates an environment that no matter how much you do it’s not good enough and I think that is detrimental overall.
