It is safe to say that I have wandered a bit. I served in the military, flew some jets, jumped out of most, climbed mountains (I jumped off of them too), taught fitness, owned a gym, and have spent the last few years speaking to organizations and leaders. It has been a journey, and in all honesty, I have no idea where it is going. I seek the things that make me uncomfortable. I move towards things that scare me. I think you should too

Episode 245 - Rick Bucher
Rick Bucher was a Firefighter/Paramedic/Rescue Tech for 27 years in Scottsdale, AZ, and retired after committing suicide in 2019.
Rick didn't know that he had PTSD or didn't realize the extent of it until after his suicide, and he is now stepping forward not only to bring awareness to the issue in the first responder community but to help break the stigma associated with coming out of the shadows and asking for help. That stigma is costing our military and first responder communities lives every day, not to mention the effect that loss has on our friends, coworkers and family.

Amazing
Listening to this podcast has changed my life. 100% recommend
Great podcast def worth your time
Fascinating conversations and I’ve learned a lot, not just about character/leadership, but what’s going on around the world, & a much deeper appreciation for what his interviewees (& their families) have gone through. I’m not in the typical demographic of his audience, (left of center) but the conversations are thought provoking, and I’ve learned from listening to people share their experiences & struggles. Andy is brilliant, genuine, & a great interviewer (humor too! )
