    What’s in your purse? As Coco said “my purse is alot smaller now”! Meaning as we travel through the months our purse becomes a carry on & our carry on becomes a suitcase & that’s when life can be unnecessarily too many things! Now repeat after me: “I won’t allow it”! Meaning no longer am I allowing myself to carry the build up of others peoples mush that attaches to me. Keep that on repeat because at this moment in time we all need & deserve the calm & space to keep our mental wellness in tact & the freedom to experience the joy of being ourselves.
