    One Battle After Another

As we live, we love as we pause we take action. Our heart, our mind & our faith is ours to keep and we have that forever as our guide in this lifetime.     New Year, New FLEX?

    What’s in your purse? As Coco said “my purse is alot smaller now”! Meaning as we travel through the months our purse becomes a carry on & our carry on becomes a suitcase & that’s when life can be unnecessarily too many things! Now repeat after me: “I won’t allow it”! Meaning no longer am I allowing myself to carry the build up of others peoples mush that attaches to me. Keep that on repeat because at this moment in time we all need & deserve the calm & space to keep our mental wellness in tact & the freedom to experience the joy of being ourselves.

    Trans people in America are standing up to brake the barriers society & governments want to confine us too. In the community of the LGBTQ+ our allies & Trancestors before us have given us their shoulders to stand upon so we can be lifted UP, be heard, be seen & be accepted and protected in America.
