    Most often, our society focuses on doing to create change or productivity in our lives. We're used to phrases like "no pain before gain" and "Mind over matter" to motivate us to muscle through and do what it takes to achieve an outcome. While this approach can work, I think we can agree it requires immense energy to live life in this order. But what if there was an easier way? What if our bodies could help our minds?
