Hosted by Bill Reel The Cognitive Dissidents Podcast will tend to focus more on the psychology of religious belief and the mechanisms in place that encourage us to hold that belief. Time spent placing these mechanisms in the context of cognitive and faith development. Once we see how these mechanisms work, we can begin to open our eyes more to truth and to the reality and the beauty that lies beyond rigid dogmatism.

Question

I don’t know if Bill is a member of the LDS faith or not. He talks in terms of “we” implying that he is member. Wheather is or isn’t one thing is clear - he is an enemy of the church and has his own agenda. He reminds me of the warning of false prophets in the later days.

Bill why don’t you start your own religion. You don’t have to worship God you could worship the popular culture. It could be a religion that sways with whatever the current popularity is. You wouldn’t need to worry about the creator of the universe anymore.
