    Leading with Purpose: A Conversation with Courtney Porter

In this episode, Dé talks with Sara Naaf, Assistant Director of the Marshall County Office of Emergency Management, about what emergency management really looks like at the local level. From wildfire coordination and hazardous materials to severe weather alerts, cybersecurity concerns, and large-scale training exercises, Sara shares how her office supports first responders and connects the county to state and federal resources.
