    In this episode Bill Miller, Kip Steingart and I pick up where we left off with the discussion on in-season training. These two answer the following questions:   1.     In-Season Training Part 1

    Our goal is to help our athletes perform at their highest levels especially during game play. Players work incredibly hard during the off season to increase their overall skillset and improve their measurables. The question at hand becomes what should we do for training when we are in season. In this episode, we ask Bill Miller and Kip Steingart a handful of questions pertaining to in-season training including: Why is in-season training Important? How do we train athletes with a busy schedule? What can we track to ensure our athletes are maintaining their strength and power?
