    In this episode Bill Miller, Kip Steingart and I pick up where we left off with the discussion on in-season training. These two answer the following questions:   1.     Our goal is to help our athletes perform at their highest levels especially during game play. Players work incredibly hard during the off season to increase their overall skillset and improve their measurables. The question at hand becomes what should we do for training when we are in season.
