Consciously Connecting aims to create a space for curiosity, for questioning, for noticing what happens when we connect.  Hosted by Garfield King, it’s a podcast about communication and connection. About what it means to be truly present with ourselves or with another person.     Just because someone replies to your text or your post doesn’t mean they are truly engaged with you.  When we communicate digitally, we often wear “masks” to protect ourselves from judgment or shame. We present a curated version of our lives.
