A must for women of any age

Love this podcast! As a fitness professional who’s been in the industry since 2001 (longer as a class attendee), tucking the pelvis and pulling the stomach in are two cues that have hurt lots of women - myself included. So thankful for the work Erica is doing and the information she is sharing! I never miss an episode. Oh, and you can bet I never use those cues any more!!!

Real Lessons In Overcoming PCOS Episode

Just listened to this episode between Erica and Belinda! Belinda shares her journey through PCOS! As someone with PCOS, I really related to it all. It made me laugh, it made me think about how I am handling my own PCOS, the struggles I have been through, the feelings I have felt and it helped me feel less alone! And has given me hope. That there is more to life than just my PCOS. Erica and Belinda are a great duo together and I really enjoyed listening to their thoughts! Whether you are dealing with PCOS or not, I definitely recommend listening to this one! Thank you ladies for a great episode! <3
