Axtaxia Kara is a Spiritual Guide and Projector 6/2 in Human Design that awakens the truth of who you are. She was born in Vietnam and later grew up in Vancouver, Canada. A pivotal moment in her life was a trip to Costa Rica that helped her align with her purpose and led her down a path of deep self-discovery. Even her astromaps confirmed that this place would reveal her purpose. After months of traveling around Asia, she returned to Canada and was happy to find her dream job waiting for her. Surprising Lessons Learned from Moving to a New Place with Ana Munoz
Ana Munoz is back to talk about her life since our previous session, which took place a year ago.
Ana shares her experience of moving from New Jersey to Orlando, Florida and adjusting to life in Florida. We discuss various topics such as motherhood, communication, and Ana's career path.
In this episode, Ana emphasizes the importance of mindful communication and shares her experience with hypnosis coaching sessions. We also discuss the deeper purpose behind our desires and goals, with Ana encouraging people to face their fears and embrace their unique qualities.
After a decade of supporting moms through their childbearing years with massage therapy and doula work, Ana recognized that her clients recurring physical ailments were connected to how they were processing their thoughts and emotions around pregnancy and motherhood. This led her to pivot her approach towards supporting women through all stages of their childbearing years by learning the language of the unconscious mind through hypnosis. She now supports moms by using various hypnotherapy tools to help moms let go of emotions and thoughts that keep them feeling stuck, and open them up to the possibility of thriving in motherhood. Ana lives in Orlando with her husband and daughter and can be often found exploring her beautiful new city. She now offers virtual hypnosis sessions.

Michelle has spent over fifteen years working in the Australian Child Protection and community sectors, supporting children, young people, and families through some of their most vulnerable life experiences. It is Michelle’s intention in creating The Aspire Series, that as women, we can become more connected and heart-centered leaders, and use one another to become the best that we can be, for ourselves and the future women who model themselves on us.
