Getting out of a slump

I’ve gotten stuck in a slump and have had a really hard time staying motivated. I’ve got to clean my apartment. It was suggested to me to take some time to sit quietly and meditate to get your brain in the right mindset. I instantly thought of episode 23, making room for yourself. Honestly cried through the whole thing- It was just what I needed to make my space my own again. Thank you so much for your inspiration!

Inspiring

I grew up doing guided mediations with my grandma, and I’ve craved the power that doing guided meditations regularly have. I love the brain training ones the very most, but truly every one of these are short, powerful, and inspiring.

A guided meditation I could actually see

I have done several guided meditations and have often felt that I had a limited imagination! The instructors I have been guided by have taken me through intricate scenarios that have left me feeling like I was missing something.

Jayme’s meditations have changed that for me. I’m able to easily follow along and visualize the scene. I like the length of time, the sound of Jayme’s voice and the music also. It all helps me relax and notice.
