EP178: The Worst Kind of Betrayal
In November of 2013, a Cleveland 911 operator got a frantic call from a woman. Her husband had just been shot outside of the home that they were packing up to move. It seemed like a robbery gone wrong. There were no perpetrators on site, and the man shot was still breathing--even after being shot four times. The man’s wife, rode along with EMS to the local hospital, with her husband, firefighter, William Walker. Unfortunately, William did not survive and this week's episode is about his murder.

Little Boy Stew and Other Recipes
A BIG "THANK YOU" to Stacey for suggesting this episode!
One of the things that drives all of us crazy is hearing a story where a violent criminal, rapist, pedophile, or murderer gets a billion chances due to a faulty criminal justice system. This story is about one of those people. Had Nathaniel Bar-Jonah been locked up and the key thrown out as he deserved, there would be several missing and/or murdered children that would still be with us. Just wait until you hear about his crimes--you're gonna be mad!

EP177: The Russian Bonnie and Clyde
During the Great Depression in the United States, a young couple, Bonnie and Clyde, grew to fame after robbing and murdering across the country. Their reign of terror came to an end in a hail of bullets-- 130 rounds to be exact – that were fired into their car after the police set up an ambush. This week's episode follows the story of Denis Muravyov and Katya Vlasova--teenagers in love who met a fate similar to the US's Bonnie and Clyde.

Buckle up--this one is pretty gruesome!

Gritty, intelligent and fun
These two know what they’re talking about and don’t shy away from hard subject matter. I know some people complain about that but I think that’s what the majority of us are here for…real stories about the horrible things that can and do happen. Also, and I’ve thought about this a lot, if I were horribly murdered I’d want the whole world to know what was done to me so that the perpetrator is known for the monster they are! We relate to and have empathy for our fellow man when we hear these horrible things, so if you just want a nice story with a happy ending that doesn’t challenge you at all go watch a tv show. And keep doing what you do ladies!
Stupid delivery,copycat format
Not for me. The constant OMGs are annoying. Lose the side kick and there might be a better podcast but that being said I hate the format where there’s a side kick that acts dumb.
Factual and researched
This is one of my favorite podcasts. Theres is plenty of pods out there that give u the basic details of the case. This one i think gives u a real look at what happened to the victim, with out being too over saturated. Well researched with good chemistry. Even the side comments of “omg” hits just right for me. (Cuz i am thinking it too). No off topic banter which i super appreciate. Written off facts and not opinions. Thank you for a great podcast to pass my work days. I subbed in the past and wish i still cld. Money is jst tight, but ill be back.
THANK U. LOVE U
