A Smart Way to Start the Day

Fun science bits& entertaining hosts and this show has a spot on my Google Home 'Wake Up' routine. They back their statements up with credible sources, and I enjoy their little bits of banter on the subjects.

How to tell the weather from FB pixels, etc

Breezy and refreshing. BUT, for an allegedly cutting-edge program, surprisingly antediluvian in some areas in which everyone else has become vastly more aware. For example, blithely describing — with a cheery attitude of practically Recommending — an allegedly clever way to fill a swimming pool: I.e., order 100,000 Bottles of water from Amazon. Overnight delivery. Big problem: having to OPEN so many bottles! C’mon, guys. And then, cheery breezy recommendations to buy a sponsor’s product: POLYURETHANE SPONGES! Yeah, respect for the sponsir’s money: but no need to burst with enthusiasm. Bright people, for sure. Potential.
