Simply awesome!
Thank you, Matt and Beth! Your podcast has been an integral part of my health journey. I have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism and your content has been priceless for helping me not only lose the excess weight, but get and feel healthier both physically and mentally! You have given me permission to give myself some grace-something I didn’t realize I needed. THANK YOU!
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Love them so much! Priceless content!
Straight forward advice that’s the same
Straight forward advice for health and weight loss advice but it’s really starting to be kind of a boring podcast. There’s no new information really in any of the episodes, no good interviews. It’s just very bland and doesn’t seem like it has any structure. I also feel like Matt is trying to delve a little deeper and give listeners more lately but Beth just doesn’t give him anything back so he stops. It’s a little awkward. He opens up and she says, “yeah”. It’s just starting to feel like they are flailing. The message is good calories in - calories out but I think they need to make some changes to keep that interesting for a podcast.
