    In this episode I talk about my dad’s mom. She has narcissistic traits. This grandmother has caused drama in the past and the last few years. My episodes are from the heart so I may stumble over my words but I thank you for joining me in the healing process. Always remember you are worthy and you are loved. 💜 P.s.     In this episode I talk about my early memories of my aunt being a bully to me. I share an experience that I’ve always felt embarrassed to share with others but I hope it helps others.     Is this normal? Paternal vs Maternal Family. -Episode 2

    In this episode I talk a bit more about my childhood. There are some emotional moments or dreams that I share from childhood. I also talk about the differences in my paternal side of the family and my maternal side of the family. As a young child I came to a new country leaving my mom’s side of the family to be with my dad’s toxic family. At the end of the day we grow and learn from our troubles. Always remember you are worthy and you are loved. 💜

    Introduction and Purpose -Episode 1

    Welcome to my journey. I was very nervous recording my first episode. As a survivor of a toxic family environment, especially my paternal side, this episode was very liberating. I am finally free to be me and have a voice. I pray I bring hope to others with my process of healing. In future episodes I’ll talk about self care. Remember you are worthy and you are loved! 💜
