Intermittent Fasting with Dan
Thank you so much for such a great podcast. Its hard to find people who you can trust with knowledge when it comes to your own health. I had to look up a few words as they were over head - (LOL) - but just amazing.
Dan has been a partner with Chris H on Centr and I truly trust the information he shares. Just wonderful.
Be a LEGEND!!!
Great knowledge reservoir
I came across the podcasts by following Dan on IG. I am learning a lot about wellness and healthier choices to cook everyday. These episodes have opened my mind and I am learning a lot. To get more out of it I am reading some of the books recommended during the podcasts. All
together had made me reflect about my food choices and how we can heal from the inside depending on what we eat (as simple and complex than that). Thanks Legend!
Inspirational and packed with info
I don’t know exactly what I was expecting from this podcast but it is a truly great listen. Dan does a great job of bringing in inspirational and knowledgeable guests and allows them to get a great message across. The passion Dan has for overall wellness and fitness are evident and he’s just a fun guy to listen to.
