    The Habits of Mental Resilience

    In this clip, I share what's really helped me build mental resilience over the years.   Some of it is foundational — a natural sense of enthusiasm, and a long-term commitment to practices like meditation and yoga. But the biggest shift came from understanding what I call a Stockdale Moment.   That's the ability to face the brutal reality of your situation, while still maintaining absolute faith that you'll get through it.   During COVID, I made a decision early on: this would be a defining moment. Not something that happened to me — something I would lead through. That mindset changed how I showed up for my team, my clients, and my community during a very uncertain time.   At the end of the day, resilience comes back to this: your job is to serve. When you focus on serving others, it pulls you out of "woe is me" and puts you back into action.     Information Is Worth $0

    "If anyone can use a free AI tool to get a personalised answer to any question in seconds… are courses dead?"   That's how we open this week's episode of Dare to Launch.   Here's my answer – the value of information is trending towards zero.   I chose those words very carefully. And when you check out the episode, you'll see why.   I've been deep in AI since the 90s. Back then I was using AI to predict stock market trends.
