In our journey through the DCOMs, we have been no stranger to having a good time up in space. Now, however, it is time for space to come to us! That’s right, we are reviewing the exceedingly weird and confusingly made Can of Worms. A film about desperately calling in some aliens because you think you are one, but then totally not meaning it. There’s a lot to unpack here, from some really impressively designed puppets to the truly baffling ways this film decided to tell this story. Luckily, for the first time in a while, we have a guest DCOMmentator coming along with us to help dig into all this alien mess! Emma has no idea what a doghouse looks like and forgets her favorite film. Lucas praises the production design and gets the bully’s name wrong a lot. Casey provides the key to this movie’s strange vibes.
