    Todayyy we talk about coming out of a depressive episode and how it is a time to practice lots of love and patience! I talk about my dub for this week which has been my crafts, including a miniature desk with old parchment hahaha. I then go into the detail of my favorite book and short film, and share why I love it so. I then go into the main topic of this week's episode which is all about burn out. I talk about feeling creatively burnt out and the feeling of dread that comes with the pressure to perform. I share some tips to possibly help with this feeling. The shores of the beach. I then talk all about the feelings you may have when you are trying to fit in somewhere you may not belong or when you are trying to be something you are not. How it can be exhausting and never satisfying. Then I end the episode talking about how frustrating it can be when you want to do a million hobbies but only have time for a few.
