Avid listener for nearly 10 years now!!
First of all, Jim is a genius. It has been since I was a freshman in high school when I started listening to Jim Butlers deep energy podcasts, so I couldn’t tell you exactly how I came across these, but I am so glad I did. I have used these podcasts for years to sleep and relax. My most favorite is a deep dark meditation, which I have been listening to from about the beginning for sleep and I will still listen to it now being a 24 year old mom if toddler who doesn’t sleep at all lol. A lot of the episodes bring me intense nostalgic feelings and take me to places of my past and of my dreams. I will listen nearly every night and will continue to listen nearly every night for as long as I can find these podcasts available❤️❤️ Jim, if you’re reading this I hope you know that your great work doesn’t go unnoticed, and means so much to a lot of folks.
Great for meditation, but ads are too loud
This podcast is really great for meditation. The length of the music is enough to get me through my daily session and there is a variety of episodes to choose from.
However, my biggest gripe about the podcast is how LOUD the ads are! I also don’t care for the scary songs (Halloween, space). When I’m meditating or trying to sleep and the episode reaches the end, the next episode will start with a very loud ad and it literally scares me, my heart pounds out of my chest, wakes me up. Too many ads.
Recamend 🤩👍
Some of them I don’t like but It helps me sleep its more of a 5 in a half
