Inspired by a six-week course in Germany, she founded Weaving Point—a social enterprise producing traceable, zero-CO₂, 100% cotton handwoven garments while creating opportunities for marginalised youth through skills training and community reinvestment. Also featured in this episode, Julieth Msofe, whose background spans finance and marketing, shares how she transformed Dream Designs from a small thrift store into a thriving atelier in Dar es Salaam.
