Diary of an Age Grouper Diary of An Age Grouper
-
- Sports
This podcast was born to discuss all things age group triathlon… As an athlete, coach and fan of the sport I have always been intrigued with different approaches to training and how to optimise an individuals performance.
We will speak to athletes who perform at a high level, as well as those with an interesting story, we will speak to coaches with a vast array of experience and also, experts in various fields.
We want to sift through what the physiology labs tell us as well as what we see the PROS do AND take the lessons that apply to us. This is the diary of an age grouper.
