    Ageism is lame.

    Did you know that 70% of millennials feel undervalued at work? As millennial women, we have a unique opportunity to break the cycle of negative intergenerational relationships (read: ageism from our own) and create a more inclusive workplace for the generations to come. As we begin our holiday PTO, making plans to circle back in the new year - Millennial girlies, let's set our intentions to support our younger colleagues and women in the workplace. Far too many of us have stories of older women mishandling us and expecting us to show love to them. Let's focus change that we want to see and be who we need!     How well are you waiting?

    Waiting is tough. It can be an excruciating pain because of the microwave society that we’re so accustomed to. Making a bold move and having to stand firm on your decision is also tough.
