Rob Watson

The Do Good Podcast, hosted by Rob Watson, shares people's inspiring and uplifting stories from around the world. There's so much good happening right now on the planet, which isn't getting nearly enough attention it deserves – I hope by sharing these people's stories it'll inspire listeners to go out there and show more of what they are made of and do their own bit of good in the world.

Ep 88: John Munro on the daily habit you’re missing

In today's podcast, I welcome John Munro, founder of Long White Cloud Qigong. For over 20 years, he’s been exploring how small, consistent practices can have a profound impact on how we feel and how we live. We explore John’s journey into qigong and how it’s shaped both his life and the global organisation he leads today. We break down what qigong actually is, how it works, and what it offers in a modern world that’s often fast, stressful, and disconnected. We get into the practical side too—simple daily habits, breathwork, and how even 10 minutes a day can help calm the nervous system, improve energy, and bring a sense of balance. We also discuss the real, tangible benefits people can expect, and how long it takes to feel a difference. The conversation goes deeper into health, questioning the current medical model, and whether we’ve lost something fundamental in the West when it comes to wellbeing. We also touch on how practices like this could integrate with modern healthcare in a meaningful way. Ep 81: Simon Esler on fighting for free thought with everything we have

Simon Esler fights for free thought with every tool he has. After building a free thinking, 14 thousand member think tank on Facebook, Simon was censored across social media for challenging official narratives. In response, he pivoted his focus to providing content to freedom oriented streaming platforms, refining his skills as a researcher, content creator and filmmaker within private communities. After almost half a decade of writing, shooting and editing original content focused on modern warfare from a psychological, cultural and spiritual perspective, Simon decided to release his first independent project for the public at large: CUT - Daughters of the West, which is an investigation into cosmetic surgery, feminist sexual liberation, and modern media trends as part of a warped legacy that was being handed to young girls as a foundation for gender ideology to take hold. In this episode, we delve into: - Simon’s background - His film CUT - Daughters of the West - What’s behind the trans-agenda - 5th generation warfare and how it’s being used on teenagers - The war on the family unit - The power of the silent majority - Unschooling - The importance of rite of passage in our children’s development - Plus plenty more!
